Job Description

• Online registration of company with ESD portal;
• Online application for Employment Pass (new and renewal) - covering different types of cases i.e. change of employment, renewal with change of position, renewal with new passport;
• Online application for Dependent Pass (new and renewal);
• Online application for Social Visit Pass (new and renewal);
• Online application for Professional Visit Pass (new and extension) – covering different types of assignments/purpose of visit i.e. project basis /training /internship etc.;
• Application for i-Kad for expatriate (and family);
• Application for Permission to Study Stamp for children of expatriates;
• Application for Cancellation/Amendment of validity of various passes; and
• Application for Transfer of Endorsement of various passes into new passport.

Job Requirements

1. Experienced in liaising and communicating with expatriates and client companies
2. Good business email writing skills
3. Excellent business communication and consultation skills 
4. Excellent document reviewing skills with “attention to detail” and the ability to make thoughtful considerations
5. Familiar with ESD portal
6. Familiar with MYXpats Centre office and Putrajaya Immigration Office, including their location, business hours as well as their officers and environment
7. Able to work with tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service
8. Minimum work experience 3-5 years in relevant field
