About The Job

You will be working on business development and existing account managment by constantly exploring new and creative  ways of sourcing new corporate accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Achieves individual and business target and shall be reporting directly to the Head of Department and Corporate Account Manager.
  • Responsible for business sourcing and key accounts management and handles customer requirements with the relevant support teams
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales and other trade factors.
  • Achieve marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Sells services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains positive relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies service improvements or new line of services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Outgoing & vibrant personality with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Pleasant personality and energetic
  • Great team player, self-motivated and loves interaction & client engagements
  • Self-starter and task-oriented who can drive positive sales leads
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to details
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Added advantage for those from Logistics or Relocation background
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel on business trips
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision
