About The Job

We are seeking passionate and motivated Project Management Interns. The Interns will gain experience in cross-functional teams of Business Development, Operations, Engineering and Customer Success. 

You will be wearing multiple hats while designing creative solutions to our customers’ greatest challenges!

What you will do:
  • Research, conduct requirement gatherings and report on clients’ needs;
  • Analyse and report on competitors and industry trends; 
  • Brainstorm and document new features and modules;
  • Test and monitor the product for quality assurance purposes;
  • Explore options for product improvement and product partners;
  • Support our Enterprise Account Lead in drafting business reports and proposals, and the execution of projects and assist in managing our third-party vendors;
  • Provide project co-ordination & administrative support including meeting preparation, scheduling & status reports, documentation;
  • Optimise process to balance between speed and scalability and continuously improve the efficiency of the current processes;
  • Work to anticipate upcoming needs and hurdles; good instinct when to ask for advice.

Job Requirements

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field;
  • A resourceful problem solver, with a strong sense of ownership;
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise and create order in chaos;
  • Outstanding in interpersonal communications and excellent at rallying the team;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Clear logical and critical thinking;
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills;
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills;
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and knowledge.
