Job Description

• To execute/implement digital marketing campaigns (i.e. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, e-mail, blog, etc.)
• Acts as the front liner for the company’s social media presence across all social platforms
• Utilize emotional triggers and sales-driven writing skills to produce copy that will be used for ads, creatives, emails, landing pages, and other collateral
• Help to manage the budget and performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Assist to implement strategies in order to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Work with the Sales Team to keep track of and optimise the sales funnel
• Assist with creation and improvement of the copy, content and conversion of website and ads
• Brainstorm unconventional strategies to drive business growth
• Management of online demand generation tools and campaigns
• Use of marketing automation tools 
  
  

Job Requirements

• Familiar with the Malaysian market (language & culture) and proven ability to create effective marketing content in the digital space
• Able to plan and launch a Facebook and/or Google campaign from scratch
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Able to execute paid advertising including social media advertising, Google ads, and other paid advertising initiative
• Fast and independent learner (even though coaching will be provided)
• Understand how SEO and content marketing work
• Copywriting skills and premium content creation 
• Comfortable with working with high volume of numbers and data
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excited and passionate towards business growth
• Self-driven with a motivation and desire to succeed
• People-loving/people-serving attitude
• Have an eye for detail

• Familiarity with video/photo editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc)
• Experience in retail, F&B and/or eCommerce
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing activities
