About The Job

  • Prepare monthly management accounts (Consolidated) and Projections/Forecast (including CF)
  • Stock,Sales Tracking and reconciliation weekly/monthly report
  • Liaising with auditors and tax agents for annual audit, monthly and annual tax returns and all other statutory matters
  • Manage and perform all aspects of account Receivables, account Payable,Operational Advances, Bank Reconciliation, Inter company account.
  • Managing Monthly Payroll Report
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and effective in communications with all levels of staffs
  • Dealing with issues in the team such as business improvement, implementing policies and other operational matters
  • Take on and manage ad-hoc financial assignment and handle other tasks as required by management from time to time
  • Lead the team to educate and create awareness and control governance and Standard procedures of finance master/Permanent data.
  • Consolidate and analyse budgets, financial reports, and other accounting reports
  •  Liaise with bankers, external auditors, tax consultant and government authorities (MDEC,SST) in relating to accounting issues, banking facilities, licenses and taxes
  • Ensure the relevant internal control system, policies and procedures are carried out in strict adherence to Company operation.
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
  • Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
  • Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
  • Research and analyze financial reports and market trends.
  • Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
  • Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
  • Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
  • Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
  • Assist in minor HR and administrative tasks

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a professional qualification or degree in Account/Finance equivalent
  • Experience in MFRS
  • Candidates must have at least 5 years of working experiences and must be at Managerial Level
  • Highly driven, independent, able to multitask and demonstrate good communication skills
  • Positive attitude, meticulous, fast and committed
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
