Job Description

• Providing technical advice to customers before and after the sale 
• Advising on software/hardware features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts such as manufacturing or other specialist areas 
• Customizing the solutions as per their needs 
• Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades 
• Responding to tender documents 
• Assesses client IT needs and makes recommendations, including IT equipment and service packages 
• Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science or Marketing. 
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
• A keen interest in IT issues 
• Must be responsible, result oriented, outgoing personality, mature, good interpersonal & communication skills.
