About The Job

  • Provide first call resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner 
  • Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions
  • Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware
  • Analyze network performance and find ways of improvement 
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Follow up and update customer status and information

Job Requirements

  • Candidate currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Internship position(s) for duration of 3 to 6 months
  • Preferred skill(s): Networking, Microsoft word, excel, and outlook
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
