Provide first call resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner
Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions
Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware
Analyze network performance and find ways of improvement
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Follow up and update customer status and information
Candidate currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Internship position(s) for duration of 3 to 6 months
Preferred skill(s): Networking, Microsoft word, excel, and outlook
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
