Job Description

• Test planning, design, implementation, execution and evaluation 
• Identify issues, risks and potential process improvement areas, suggest options and recommend approaches 
• Track and manage defects to resolution 
• Generate and update status report 
• Support management on projects, operation tool or test tool development and maintenance 
• Guide prospective customers through installation of proof of concept solutions, working with customers and account executive to ensure that the customer purchase the software/hardware following the poc 
• Validating and supporting agreed upon “proof of concept” with prospect Providing written & oral instruction on the usage of the products 
• Recommending best practices for different customer environments 
• Conduct product reliability 

Job Requirements

• Possess at least bachelor’s degree in engineering (computer networking/telecommunication), computer science/information technology or equivalent 
• At least 2-5 years of working experience in IT networking is required for this position 
• The ability to explain technical solutions and concepts to non-technical people. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
