HRIS Analyst (1 year contract)
The HRIS Analyst will manage People Metrics data, across the employee lifecycle. The HRIS analyst is in charge of maintaining relevant HR systems, implementing process improvements, ensuring data quality, and analyzing and reporting on the data in HRIS systems at QS.

People Metrics Reporting
- Deliver reporting solutions – Develop, analyse and provide People metrics and performance indicators to inform senior management. Analysis will assist management to make informed business decisions
- Identify opportunities for new / industry standard reports that better utilise available information to assist QS in remaining competitive and sustainable in the market
- Complete annual reporting to global government bodies across regions (Gender reporting etc)
- Provide analytical and operational support related for HR initiatives, projects and programs of work such as Reward and Recognition, Engagement, Talent, Learning, Recruitment, Remuneration, Diversity
Human Resources Information Systems
- Overarching responsibility and ownership of key People systems and processes, For eg: Ideas for system enhancement & troubleshooting systems issues
- Responsibility and accountability for coordination of data requirements and reporting for all business requests
- Stay abreast of new functionality, analysing release documentation, explore new functionality and make enhancement recommendations to improve process, efficiency and end-user experience
Data Integrity and Compliance
- Responsibility for data quality across all Human Resource Information Systems
- Proactively design and undertake audits, reviews and assessments of people data to ensure that compliance with relevant system policies, processes and procedures is being achieved
- Complete monthly reconciiliation of data across Human Resource Information Systems to ensure accuracy
Presentation & Project Management
- Preparation and formatting of presentations and relevant documentation
- Presentation of People metrics to senior stakeholders
- Undertaking project tasks as required and ensuring task deadlines are met
- Management of software implementation projects as and when required
