Job Description

So what is your role about?
  • Leading key employee processes for the QS organization to ensure a consistent QS approach
  • Responsible for the new starter process, notifying required stakeholders, issuing new joining instructions, and working closely with the hiring manager and Local HR to enable a smooth and enjoyable on-boarding for all new starters
  • Responsible for processing all employees exiting the business, confirming leaver details in writing, notifying all key stakeholders, processing leavers on all HR systems, returning of company equipment, collating exit interview data
  • Management all HR requests through our online ticketing system
  • Processing all invoices which will include monthly contractors, renewals for systems, benefits, HR spend etc
  • Manage all annual leave and TOIL requests in PeopleHR ensuring the system is up to date and accurate
  • Manage the visa and immigration process, new applications, tracking all visa cases and ensures employees remain eligible to work, and notifying managers of expiring work authorization
  • Tracks probationary periods for all new starters, mid-way check ins, issuing end of probationary documentation and notifies Local HR Rep of any issues that are raised
  • Working closely with the HRIS Analyst to support data integrity efforts, and roll-out of any new HRIS systems

Job Requirements

We welcome candidates with global experience; you may have travelled the world, be a graduate from a university overseas  or know multiple languages. • Priority given to those with experiences in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Bachelor’s degree Human Resources or equivalent
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Possesses excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask and work with different global time zones
• Ability to build strong relationships across a global team
• Good computer skills, Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
• Great organization skills, and attention to detail
• Discretion in handling sensitive or personal information
