Job Description

• Designing and coding mobile responsive emails/ templates from concept into functional designs and adhere to best practices
• Set up dynamic content elements to create personalized emails at scale
• QA and troubleshoot email campaigns across multiple platforms, browsers and email clients
• Implement execution of email marketing campaigns and flows
• Stay ahead of email marketing trends and be an ambassador for email marketing best
• practices
• Aid in the analysis and reporting of email marketing initiatives
• Monitor email campaigns, verifying deliverability, open rate and overall campaign metrics
• Troubleshoot coding issues and bugs related to marketing automation
• Proactively define and communicate potential opportunities and risks with stakeholders
• An interest in all aspects of the web form development lifecycle process – from strategy to testing and deployment
• AND such other duties as are within the scope and spirit of the job purpose and the title of the position

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 – 2 years’ experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS
• Strong computer skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc)
• Understanding of responsive design and device compatibility
• Knowledge of cross – browser testing and optimization
• Strong portfolio of design work, showing creative solutions and problem solving
• Proficient understanding/experience in UI/UX and responsiveness
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills
