Job Description

1. Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partner organisations
2. Managing marketing related matters for all promotions across the board
   Managing the production of collaterals and other marketing materials necessary to promote the brands
3. Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
   Content creation for online and offline channel
4. Preparing and proofreading copy 
5. Liaising with graphic designers and organising photo shoots as well as dealing with printers/suppliers
6. Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
7. Developing marketing plans and strategies
8. Maintaining marketing calendars and promotion summaries
9. Evaluating marketing campaigns and monitoring competitors’ activities
10. Conducting marketing research to understand market demands and trends
    Maintaining marketing collaterals requirements by the outlets and an inventory process
11. Perform other tasks as duly assigned 

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in hospitality/ marketing/ business or any relevant courses
2. Able to write and converse in English and Malay.
3. Must possess basic software skill
4. Familiar with social media management
5. Adobe CC knowledge will be a plus point
