Job Description

1. Stacking, displaying, and replenishment of products on the shelve;
2. Monitoring expiry dates and shelf lives of products;
3. Assist in the loading and unloading of goods;
4. Observe FIFO during stock replenishment;
5. Maintain neat and systematic storing of products, shelves are fully stocked, and clean;
6. Provide prompt, helpful, and courteous service to customers at all times;
7. Ensures that the stockroom is clean and organized, Comply with safety regulations;
8. Handling customer enquiries and knowledge sharing;
9. Ensuring the execution of pricing, promotions & marketing plans;
10. Ensure proper signs are on shelves and displays;
11. Ensure that the integrity, freshness of all produce products is maintained;
12. To assist in doing the food packaging;
13. Provide support to team members as and when needed;
14. Ensure that the integrity, freshness of all produce products is maintained;
15. Assisting transactions with customers using cash registers, self-checkout;
16. Assist in store periodically cycle count and stock take;
17. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SPM/O Level or equivalent; relevant training is a plus;
2. Able to communicate in both English/Malay (speaks multi languages will be a plus);
3. Strong sense of time organization and urgency;
4. Able to work independently and within a team with a positive attitude;
5. Good communication skills;
6. Previous experience of cash handling;
7. Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
