Job Description

Role Overview:
The recruiter is responsible for developing recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organisation. This will involve assessing and identifying manpower needs. The role will require the recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. This includes managing our recruitment channels and playing an important part in building a strong employer brand for Qra to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.

Responsibilities: 
  1. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs, develop recruitment plans & execute them efficiently;
  2. Design and implement a recruiting framework to fill positions within the Company;
  3. Administer the end-to-end process of recruitment from shortlisting, interviewing, background checks to preparing job offers;
  4. Advertise job openings on the Company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally;
  5. Work closely with other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires;
  6. Develop own network of suitable candidates, various institutions, and social media;
  7. Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process;
  8. Manage recruitment channels and employer branding;
  9. Manage internship applications and placements;
  10. To arrange for a pre-employment medical check-up for the operations (if necessary);
  11. Work closely with the hiring manager to develop and update job descriptions;
  12. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
  13. Prepare reports on employment activity and monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.

Job Requirements

  1. Min. 3 years experience in recruitment;
  2. Ability to conduct different types of interview; 
  3. Experience with recruitment channels;
  4. Excellent communication skills; 
  5. Good interpersonal skills;
  6. Good decision-making skills.
