Job Description

1. Understands the overall concept of the company, the brand, services, and products;
2. Involved and assisting the team with the current and upcoming project; preparing information and research; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations;
3. Perform administrative support; data entry, drafting reports, to take memos, maintain files, and organize documents as needed;
4. Manage databases and input information, data, and records;
5. Run general errands that are related to work;
6. Shadow multiple office positions and will be trained in a variety of tasks.

Job Requirements

1. Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
2. Able to work independently and within a team with a positive attitude
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
