Job Description

1. Supervise F&B team, helping them improve their skills and providing support for career development;
2. Improves sales, the quality of service, and promotion of services in compliance with hygiene and security standards;
3. To provide the necessary training to the Team Member and to ensure the team member follow the Company Standard Operating Procedure;
4. Organizing & briefing and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks;
5. Ensures that all products served to customers conform to the standard and are of good quality;
6. Handle any complaints concerning the F&B unit immediately and sensibly, and keeping the store manager informed;
7. Inspect all receiving items to ensure they are undamaged;
8. Processing returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items;
9. Report damages or shortages to management;
10. Assists with inventory and undertaking stock takes, cycle counts. If any;
11. Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control and logs data into the inventory database;
12. Assist with employee performance review;
13. Maintain good customer relationships;
14. Provide support to team members as and when needed;
15. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum passed SPM with at least 3 years working experience in related field and position;
2. Able to work 6 days a week;
3. Proven experience of leading and directing others, while demonstrating a hands-on approach;
4. Ability to meet deadlines, and work under pressure with the ability to motivate others within the F&B Team;
5. Good Communication and Organisational Skills;
6. Able to work independently and within a team with a positive attitude;
7. Experience in hospitality is preferred.
