Job Description

1. Procure the highest quality products at a price that meets the needs of both our customers and vendors;
2. Manage inventory effectively and perform a daily inventory to evaluate the quality and condition of items purchased;
3. Assist management and operations to develop key guidelines to ensure product longevity, consistency, and reduction in shrink;
4. Research and identify the highest quality sources of fresh products and it uses
5. Manage multiple purchase orders throughout each workday;
6. Ensure suppliers and products are set up correctly in the ERP system;
7. Assist in pulling reports on an as-needed basis for executive management and procurement colleagues;
8. Responsible for savings and KPI achievements and its reporting;
9. Resolve any invoicing, quality, and arrival issues that may come up in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Team as soon as possible;
10. Expand relationships with existing vendors and establish and maintain relationships with new vendors;
11. Research and identify new items and supply channels;
12. Contribute to process improvement efforts;
13. Participate in team projects and activities;
14. Operate with trust, cooperation, and innovation;
15. Punctuality and regular and reliable attendance;
16. Perform other duties as directed, developed, or assigned.

Job Requirements

1. One year of experience in produce procurement role preferred;
2. Ability to maintain logs and records;
3. Strong communication skills, independent with a can-do will-do attitude;
4. Excellent customer serviceability;
5. Ability to respond to feedback from others;
6. Problem solver with the ability to maintain respect and composure in stressful situations
