Job Description

• To establish the root cause of application errors and escalate serious concerns to the Senior Engineer.
• To ensure that the clients' systems are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner.
• To provide a high level of service to our customers and adhere to our strict SLA for response and resolution time.
• To recommend production fixes and batch performance improvement measures.
• To coordinate and communicate with the internal team and customers to perform the change request.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in relevant field specifically in application or software development support is added advantage.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and languages such as Java and Spring Framework.
• Database knowledge in MySQL/ORACLE.
• Experience with Linux operating system.
• Able to manage code migration, document configuration changes and monitor performance.
• Willing to work on weekend, night shift or public holiday. Allowance will be provided accordingly.
• A open-minded team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and documentation skill.
• Fluent in English for both written and spoken.
