About The Job

To establish the root cause of application errors and escalate serious concerns to the Senior Engineer.
To ensure that the clients' systems are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner.
To provide a high level of service to our customers and adhere to our strict SLA for response and resolution time.
To recommend production fixes and batch performance improvement measures.
To coordinate and communicate with the internal team and customers to performance the change request.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in relevant field specifically in application or software development support is added advantage.
Strong understanding of OOP concepts and languages such as Java and Spring Framework.
Database knowledge in MySQL/ORACLE
Experience with Linux operating system.
Able to manage code migration, document configuration changes and monitor performance.
Willing to work on weekend, night shift or public holiday. Allowance will be provided accordingly.
A open-minded team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and documentation skill.
Fluent in English for both written and spoken.
