Job Description

• To promote and market Company’s products and solutions.
• To understand the clients’ requirements and provide the recommended solutions.
• To assist customers with the sales process from providing the quotation to closing the deal.
• To provide educational training and guidance regarding the products and solutions.
• To produce and deliver formal technical proposals and solutions presentations to key clients.
• To recruit new clients and develop new business opportunities through various methods and channels.
• To attend to clients’ inquiries and complaints promptly.
• To establish and maintain a good relationship with clients.
• To show responsibility and commitment in meeting sales target and deadline.
• To assume any other responsibilities deem necessary by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), International Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience, preferably in Sales, Consulting Sales and Information Technology.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin for both spoken and written.
• Possess own transport for business travel purpose.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and have tenacity throughout the project/sales cycle.
• Fast learner and willing to venture into the IT environment
• Team player and passionate in solving clients’ problem.
• Able to work independently with a high degree of self-drive and motivation.
