Job Description

• To assist in handling the overall of the Human Resource function 
• To review, implement, coordinate and ensure adherence to Human Resources Policies and Procedures especially on Learning & Development area.
• To assist in identifying training needs and prepares proposals for training programs, perform assessment and review its effectiveness.
• To cultivate a learning environment and instil continuous learning among employees.
• To review budget and ROI analysis to ensure training and learning effectiveness.
• To create and maintain effective relationships with all level of employees to build a stimulating and supportive working environment.
• To assists in any other day-to-day HR operation matters and others event duties assigned from time to time. 

Job Requirements

• Preferably Diploma / Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Well-versed with Employment Act, Industrial Relationships Act and other related statutory acts and regulations.
• Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures.
• Experienced and passionate about L&D initiatives and projects.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making.
• Must be self-motivated, aggressive and dynamic with strong desire to learn.
• Creative and possess a strong level of clarity and ability to focus and work with intensity.
• Able to work independently in a fast growing environment with minimum supervision.
• Strength of character, ethics and commitment, and reliability
