About The Job

  • To be responsible for corporate sales growth according to KPI or business revenue target;
  • To be involved in business development – Managed Services, Cloud Computing Services, Backup and Disaster Recovery and etc.;
  • To be involved in quotation, purchasing and invoicing documentation and process handling; 
  • To plan, design and submit effective proposal to customers;
  • To prepare quotation sales & documentation for project tendering for sales team;
  • To ensure all orders and deliveries are processed and attended on time;
  • To coordinate and respond to customer inquiries, requests and complaints;
  • To coordinate and respond to all requests at the internal meetings and provide an efficient work environment.
  • To compare prices and ensure making of right purchases based on submitted orders.
  • To provide assistance in company business event whenever is required.

Job Requirements

  • Have knowledge and experience with IT sales, basic knowledge in managed services, cloud computing and hosting services, network server and operations, and managed infrastructure.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in sales administration or procurement.
  • Literate in essential computing skills such as PPT, Excel, Word, Email.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Passionate, Self-driven and result oriented. 
  • Efficient, self-reliant and able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as being a good team player.
  • Able to Present Proposal and Plan to customers.
  • To possess business negotiation skills and good track sales records. 
  • Able to understand and practice ISO 9001 – Quality Management Processes.
