Job Description

• Responsible for Billing and distribution to centers and orders.
• To coordinate with internal department on all the project matters.
• Processing and Generating of Sales Orders, Delivery Order, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Purchase Order, memos and etc.
• Monitor all center order, Compile and tabulate all verified center orders.
• Liaise with Operations Department for all orders, delivery schedule and modes of delivery.
• Issue Purchase Order for uniform and gym wear and follow up with supplier.
• Follow up with A/c’s department on Delivery Order to release to store for delivery.
• Monitoring of delivery schedules coordinate with store keeper for booking of spaces with shipping company, courier services and local transporter.
• Responsible for company owned/joint venture centers stationary, sports day materials and etc
• Processing of required orders and documents for international franchisees.
• Keeping track of shipments to outstation and liaising with Operations for confirmation.
• Prepare necessary documentation for company owned/joint venture centers stationery, biscuits, principal’s record books Teaching Aids and etc.
• Assist during the absence of staff within department as and when necessary  
• Keep track of all Purchase Order delivery schedule from suppliers (Gym wear and uniform, Graduation Gown)
• Any other job functions assigned to, from time to time by your superior.
