Job Description

• To identify and develop marketing campaigns, budgets, and brand strategies.
• Devising & executing marketing initiatives from ideas to implementation.
• Identifying & fulfilling the advertising objectives & requirements. 
• Formulating A&P strategies.
• Devising advertising campaigns that fulfil its objectives & requirements.
• Coordination of advertising campaigns.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Ensuring advertising projects are implemented on time.
• Handling budgets and managing campaign costs and ensuring all advertising projects run on budget.

Job Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Experienced in executing campaigns and overseeing them until completion.
• Not afraid to get his/her hands dirty in hands on work.
• Good leadership skills, able to manage a team of graphic designers, copywriters, motion designers.
• Excellent communication skills and able to articulate communications with top management for decision making.
