- Responsible for food preparation (breakfast, brunch, lunch & pastries)
- Ensuring food preparation areas are clean & hygienic
- Washing utensils & dishes, ensuring they are stored properly
- Track, record & replenish inventory as needed
- Maintain well all kitchen equipment by monitoring the cleaning schedules
- Responsible for arranging & executing spring cleaning
- Month end stock count.
Job Requirements
- Willing to work shifts (7am – 4pm or 9.30am – 6.30pm)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge & experience in pastry is added advantage.
