We provide corporate secretarial services to clients of various industries. We seek a suitable candidate to join us as: COMPANY SECRETARIAL SENIOR ASSISTANT

Job Requirements

Requirements/Job Descriptions:

  • ICSA qualification or other related qualification
  • Preferably with 2-3 years working experience 
  • Familiar with Companies Act 2016 and other statutory requirements
  • Support the company secretary on the full range of secretarial functions 
  • To maintain company’s statutory books and records
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate
