Job Description
Responsibilities
- To take ownership and manage project management tasks (complete cycle)
- Set project timeline
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan & schedule and monitor progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement projects
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Tracking and driving of issues
- Tracking and driving of risks and their mitigation steps
- Tracking of change requests and it’s status
- Management of project stakeholders
- Driving meetings for resolution
- Perform all forms of testing, UAT/SIT, pilot runs and POC (Proof-Of-Concepts).
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Functional Specification, Business Requirements, User Manuals, Training Materials etc.
- Conduct System Implementation and User Training.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Advanced Diploma or Degree in computer science related field from a recognized college or university.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Having at least 3 – 4 years’ experience in Project Management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and IT Infrastructure.
