Job Description
You will be involved in the accounting and finance department of the Company.
- Handle company’s Accounting & Finance.
- Prepare monthly and annual closing statement.
- Manage Company’s statutory filing, tax compliance and legislation
- Prepare staff claim and other human resource related agenda.
- Develop and maintain thorough financial procedures for the organization and ensure all finance records are kept accurately and securely in line with legislative requirements.
- Liaise with third party auditor, bankers, tax agents & company secretary.
- Review and ensure accuracy of payroll calculations, relevant statutory (Tax, Socso and EPF) handling, submission and payment.
- Issue invoices for other incomes of the company.
- Assist in managing cash-flow of the company.
- Monitor and manage fund for daily operations.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting department.
- Possess a Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
- Positive work attitude and highly committed.
- Strong experience in preparation of statutory accounts.
- Hands-on experience with SQL accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills and SQL skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open-minded, eager to learn and able to adapt to a fast-paced industry.
- Honest and high level of integrity.
- Well versed – oral and written – in English, BM, and Mandarin (if possible).
