About The Job

Key Accountability
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success. To develop new advertising opportunities and to increase ad spend 
  • Develop a deep understanding and positive relationships with clients. To ensure a harmonious working relationship with clients
  • Act as the point of contact and handle individual customer needs. To monitor and develop servicing of clients and agencies, which includes planning and identifying business opportunities as well as building rapport with them
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks. This can be achieved by researching, managing & the execution of Special Focuses, projects and securing sponsorships for events 
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner. To liaise with other departments, to promote cooperation between various departments in ensuring the overall smooth operations
  • To assist the Head of Sales to troubleshoot, provide support & solutions in all matters
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. To assist in formulating new pricing strategies/advertising rates, new creative buys, new sales policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Specific Skills and Experience
  • Three (3) years’ experience in digital media/ad sales 
  • Diploma/Degree qualified (a plus point)
