About The Job

Key Accountability

  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer that have been assigned to your care
  • Be responsible for your customer base
  • Engage in regular and frequent communication with your customers
  • Make the communication with customers meaningful and communicate value
  • Upsell new and additional advertising products and services
  • Be focused on achieving revenue targets
  • Be focused on achieving retention targets
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Research and update on new property listings
  • Compile and verify all leads generated 

Job Requirements

Technical Knowledge (Specific Skills and Experience):

  1. Excellent phone manner
  2. Experience in managing real estate agents and property listings (for property website) is essential
  3. Experience in out bound sales environment
  4. Experience in a customer-orientated environment
