Job Description
Sales Trainer & Speaker Job Duties:
- To conduct training programs for clients which comprise of real estate agents & the sales teams of real estate developers, on the topics of real estate sales & basic business.
- To coach clients on a 1-to-1 basis on individual challenges and ways forward.
- Develop individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drives along with senior consultants.
- Determine training needs of clients by working alongside consultants; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with client's team leaders, sales managers and respective stakeholders.
- Improve training & coaching effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques.
- Support financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs.
- Place an emphasis on personal development by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplish sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
