Job Description

We are searching for an ambitious graphic designer who considers themselves a design fanatic and self-starter with high attention to detail and excellent communication skills. On an average day, you may be creating social media posts, assisting with projects that are creative-focused, designing materials, researching upcoming designs, and/or strategizing creative process with the team. As part of our passionate team, our ideal candidate will need to be extremely organized, an excellent multi-tasker working across a variety of project components at any given time, able to independently manage their own time, workflow and scheduling in order to meet deadlines.

Job Requirements

Relevant experience with creative graphic designing
Acute attention to detail and vision;
Excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate complex sensitive social ideas in a creative manner
High levels of self-motivation and self-management; ability to plan and conduct work with minimal supervision;
Experienced in using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Experience with digital storytelling and video production is desirable. Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign, and/or other relevant software will be an advantage
Experience, knowledge or passion in areas of human trafficking, social change, diversity or human rights issues are desirable.
Candidates must have their own laptop to work from
