Job Description

  • Assist in the maintenance and safekeeping of our Corporate Client's Secretarial
  • Assist in preparation of resolutions, minutes and statutory forms.
  • Assist in preparation of Annual Return & Audited Financial Report using MBRS preparation tools.
  • Assist in ensuring proper submission & maintenance of statutory books and return of the clients'.
  • Assist in ensuring proper maintenance of statutory books, administrative records updating of registers of Members, Directors, Secretarial, charge, transfer & substantial shareholders. 
  • Assist in coordinating and arrange submission of documents to SSM or courier of documents.
  • Assist in other secretarial administration work from time to time.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  2. Initiative and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and possess written and, verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
  3. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
  5. MAICSA membership / LS Qualification/ ICSA graduate
  6. Familiar with the statutory requirements of the Companies Act, 1965.
  7. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
  8. Can start immediately will be added advantage.
