Who are we looking for
Due to our expansion, we are hiring for Level-1 Technical Support Agents, for our offices in Mont Kiara. This is an entry-level position (no university degree required), reporting to the Head of Leve-1 Technical Support. The post-holder will be responsible for assisting our customer base, providing Technical Support and basic troubleshooting of our key products and services, using information available in our knowledge base and Help Center.

Main Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming client requests via online chat, email and phone for PrimeXM products and services.
  • Create a positive customer support experience, by handling requests in a timely manner while maintaining a professional attitude
  • Resolve or escalate any issues reported by clients, highlighted by monitoring system alerts or discovered during checks, in a quick and efficient manner
  • Follow the processes and procedures of the Level-1 Department
  • Maintain a solid understanding of company's offering and forthcoming releases
