PXM ASIA SDN. BHD. is a leading Fintech company focusing on providing cutting-edge liquidity aggregation, order routing and execution, ultra-low-latency connectivity, institutional grade hosting solutions and MT4/MT5 Bridging and White Label solutions.

What we are looking for

Due to our expansion, we are hiring for Level-1 Technical Support Agents, for our offices in Mont Kiara. This is an entry-level position (no university degree required), reporting to the Head of Leve-1 Technical Support. The post-holder will be responsible for assisting our customer base, providing Technical Support and basic troubleshooting of our key products and services, using information available in our knowledgebase and Help Center.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming client requests via online chat, email and phone for PrimeXM products and services.
  • Create a positive customer support experience, by handling requests in a timely manner while maintaining a professional attitude
  • Resolve or escalate any issues reported by clients, highlighted by monitoring system alerts or discovered during checks, in a quick and efficient manner
  • Follow the processes and procedures of the Level-1 Department
  • Maintain a solid understanding of company’s offering and forthcoming releases
Required Skills

  • Ability to grasp technical and financial concepts with ease, based on the available training material
  • Well written and spoken English (additional languages are a bonus)
  • Customer oriented, able to communicate efficiently with clients
  • Ability to handle daily workload with minimal supervision
