Job Description

• Work closely with the Business Development Team to design and implement marketing goals and strategies that align with the Company’s overall direction and business goals. Lead the marketing strategy to ‘win the market’.
• Develop and build networks to maximise the achievement of the company’s business goals.
• Keep a finger on the pulse of our competition and develop strategies and tactics to reduce threats, increase market share and forecast upcoming market trends.
• Monitor and track the competitive trends of our product features/functionality, measure its effectiveness and constantly share the results and insights with the Product team.
• Orchestrate and execute the company’s launch, workshops and promotional events. Plan and manage marketing budget and ensure that all activities adhere to the Company’s financial forecasting, reporting, sourcing, legal requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Carry out market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences and generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and products and to support your campaign creation decisions.
• Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, retention and ROI.
• Develop and maintain social media platforms including accelerating the importance of social as a core marketing muscle to move the business metrics. This includes campaign optimization and providing support on content development.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
2. Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketing manager
3. Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media) 
4. Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. 
5. Strong data and analytics background utilizing best of class analytics tools, such as, familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics, amongst others. 
6. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. 
7. Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills. 
8. Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude.
