Job Description

• Assume a direct supportive role to the Director
• Assist Director in organizing meeting and preparing meeting minutes
• Compile and prepare reports and correspondence
• To perform general secretarial and administrative functions, duties and manage confidential documents and records.
• Assist Director in communication and coordinate with all levels of management, staffs and business associates.
• Arrange and manage Director’s appointments and meetings schedule
• Follow up on progress of assignments
• To undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the top management from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result-oriented
2. Good time management and multitasking abilities
3. Forward thinking and alert in planning and scheduling related task
4. Proficient in the use of computers (MS. Office and Excel)
5. Fluent in BM and English, spoken and written. Mandarin is an added advantage.
6. Knowledge in public relations and social media.
7. Presentable and pleasant personality.
8. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or equivalent.
