Job Description

• To manage, supervise and oversee sub con works in accordance to design and drawing specifications.
• Planning, organizing and coordinating project work schedule and timeline.
• Implement and monitor project and maintenance schedules and reporting on overall quality of site works and project progress.
• Prepare project progress report.
• Attend project meetings, meetings with clients and consultants where it is required.
• Managing and providing leadership for projects undertaken to ensure their timely completion within allocated budget and resources and of desirable quality.
• Timely submission of monthly claim, joint measurement and other compliances.
• Work with architects, external QS, contractors and project team.
• To undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the top management from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Proficiency in both spoken & written in English.
3. Required skill (s): Ms Office, Ms Word, AutoCAD & etc.
4. Preferably 2 year (s) of working experience in quantity surveying.
5. Able to commence work immediately would be an added advantage.
6. Able to travel and possess own vehicle.
7. Able to work independently, self-motivated and proactively.
