Job Description
A negotiator's path isn't easy but we guarantee a memorable and enriching experience should you decide to expand your horizons. You will communicate and conduct business professionally in the real estate industry whilst continuously learning new skill sets that will follow you for a lifetime. You will also learn to make the right decisions under pressure plus secure deals that will ensure your comfort and well being. In addition to that, we'll also put you through our intensive 6-week program that'll ensure you're ready to enter the market. Take note that this is a commission based career path but not to worry, our newest agents have taken home an average of RM 7-10k within their first 2 months as a negotiator.
