Job Description

• Be responsible for maintenance, growth and profitability in assigned job responsibility inclusive management of customers database.
• Strong capability to plan, develop and execute effective of sales & marketing strategy. 
• Contribute creative ideas to help maximize market penetration in identified the business segments.
• Provide excellent customer service through prompt attention to customers’ requests, enquiries and handling customer complaint.
• Coordination and work as a team and business partner with other departments in the company to ensure smooth order loading, process of shipment and transaction of daily business.
• Collate disseminate market information & customer feedback accordingly & sharing with relevance departments for improvement & stabilization.
• Strong ability to drive sales to achieve the expected sales targets and to push for growth of market share of the company products.
• Fast learn on sales interval processes and execute with accuracy & timelines.
• Stay up-to-date with latest developments in the logistics & forwarding industry.
• Identify and gather on competitive information and activities from time to time.
• Preparation of weekly activity report and monthly sales performance for reviewing.
• Other duty and responsibility may assign by the Management from time to time. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Management, Business Admin, Economic, Marketing, and/or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing in metal industry, commodities or related field.
• Experience in strategic marketing and support sales especially in aluminium and metal-based industry will be added advantage.
• Candidates with cable & wire industry background or experience are encouraged to apply.
• Must willing to travel for business contact and purposes.
• A team player that can work well with others departmental in the plants, customers, finance departments, etc.
• Mature personality with creative, strong analytical thinking, excellent in problem solving skills, negotiation & communication skills.
• Self-motivated individual that possess good interpersonal skill, customer oriented with good presentation skills.
• Able to communicate fluently, both in written and spoken – English & Bahasa Malaysia.  Knowing others dialect and languages will be added advantage.
• Possess own transport.
