Job Description
As an Engineer, you are responsible for assisting in design and deployment of our solutions to our customers. Ensuring that the delivered solution is implemented and integrated with the customers systems and process in accordance to requirements
This role requires high level of interaction with internal technical organization, Third party Partner and the Customer Technical and Project Team.
Job Description - Responsibilities :
- take lead in gathering customer's requirements, solution analysis & designs, summarizing information and trends into action plans
- take lead in solution deployment including installation, configuration and customization of product ensuring deliverables tested before delivery
- to coordinate planning and execution activities with customers for projects and taking lead in technical role for effort verification of solutions
- to prepare documentation and arrange training as part of roll out
- working with customers to identify and advising on solutions
Competency :
- conversant with Windows, Linus, Solaris, Java as well as Application/Web servers
- experience in IP network design and standard network protocals
- proficiency in programming language, framework, UI technology
- databases engine such as Oracle, DB2, MS SQL, MySQL, etc
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- experience software development or system integration environment
- have excellent communication & presentation skills
- be self motivated, confident & innovative
- have an aptitude for problem solving and be consultative in approach
- have team and relationship building skills
- be results orientated
- willing to travel
