Job Description

  • Assist in the management of programme/event/support session
  • Research contact details, create and send invitations, make follow up calls and emails, and setting meetings on behalf of MY Growth Consultant
  • Enters, tracks, & maintains documentation related to event/program management
  • Performs office duties including answering phones, directing calls to appropriate parties, data entry, filing, participant name lists and contact spreadsheets and other general duties as assigned.
  • Greets and entertain clients inquiries related to product/program and forward them to the appropriate people and resources if need to
  • Assists with the development and management of the user support session
  • Provides administrative, technical and knowledge support to users/subscribers/students/graduates whenever needed
  • Compile/integrate multiple kinds of information into a usable list, form or database for use by MY Growth Consultant

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
  2. Excellent English and Malay oral and written communication skills (Mandarin is a plus)
  3. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal/communication skills, ability to work independently and to prioritize and problem solve
  4. Excellent attention to detail
  5. Requires discretion and judgment to organize priorities and complete tasks
  6. Excellent computer skills specifically with experience in Outlook, Word and Excel
  7. Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  8. Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
  9. Ability and willingness to take initiative
