Job Description

• Oversee branding, positioning, global strategy, campaign development & vendor management 
• Employ integrated marketing strategies and to ensure strategic alignment, cultural relevance and effective campaign implementation 
• Develop PR strategies, crisis communications, event management and media collateral 
• To assist with content production and art direction for marketing campaigns. This includes copywriting/editing and design management 
• Ensure an accurate representation of the firm’s branding, conduct research, monitor relevant trends, and perform assessments on the return on investment of marketing spend. 
• Work together with partners to manage the company’s reputation through both online and offline channels, as well as feedback forms 
• Manage and generate return on investment-based content for our print and online platforms including brochures, project data, graphics, capability statements and social media 
• Perform editing and copywriting to ensure accurate, professional, creative and appealing content 
• Work with stakeholders to build/ increase branding awareness internally and externally 
• To assist with the development of marketing and budget plans as well as engage in effective budget management 

Job Requirements

1. Strong knowledge and experience in marketing, especially in digital and content marketing. 
2. Creative flair with excellent copywriting skills and including social media. 
3. An analytical mind, with experience/exposure to data analytics for measuring and tracking marketing campaigns. 
4. Resourceful, self-motivated, independent and good team player. 
5. Ability to prioritise and efficiently manage his time and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
6. Strong command of English, both written and spoken. 
7. A decent command of Mandarin, both written and spoken is advantageous as you have to execute marketing campaigns for the China portfolio. 
8. Conversant with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop software applications.
9. 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast growing team and keen on the intrapreneur career path.
10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Marcom or related discipline, or equivalent additional experience
