- Assisting with the maintenance of A/P, A/R
- Assisting with the invoices and expenses
- Assisting with monthly bank reconciliations and identifying discrepancies
- Assisting with bi-monthly SST submission and monthly closing
- Assisting with general office administration and data entry
- Assisting with events and reports
- Taking care of office maintenance and supplies
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in English/Mandarin, must be able to write well in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking clients.
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word
- Able to multi-task, and is meticulous and careful
- A person of integrity and responsiblity and able to work in a fast pace environment
- Knowledge in Xero accounting software is a plus
