Job Description
- Work collaboratively with Product Manager and Developers to create amazing user experiences
- Provide effective thought leadership with the ability clearly explain the latest UX concepts and understanding
- Gather and evaluate user requirements
- Create and manage interaction design spec documents including conceptual models, sketches, process flow diagrams, wireframes, storyboards, visual design mockups, page schematics and interactive prototypes
- Conceptualize new design solutions - bringing them to life through wireframes, rapid prototypes and final designs and templates
- Participates in design execution from concept to completion
- Explain clearly the flows and designs for Web and Mobile applications
- Know your way around project management, including juggling multiple parts of a project and keeping up to date with all the moving parts
- Collaborate with teams across the organization and the company to ensure we maintain industry leadership, and deliver innovative and exciting designs that meet Company’s business goals
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of user interface design process and methodology
- Strong conceptual thinker
- UI/UX portfolio of relevant work
- Experience designing and delivering UI/UX for web and mobile applications
- Familiar with Sketch, Adobe Suite, and other design & prototyping platforms
- Demonstrates strong visual design skill, ability to solve UX problems, ability to within an existing visual system
- Experience in wireframing and mockup creations
- Familiarity with and understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Ability to work with team and present different ideas
- Knowledge of Human-Computer Interaction and Interaction Design
