Job Description

• sales support on proposals and quotes
• preparation of sales invoices, tracking of accounts receivables and cash balances
• managing  payment of expenses and tracking of accounts payables in accordance with company policies
• manage petty cash 
• monitoring clients' ticketing funds and managing transfers/accounting as necessary
• company payroll and manage staff claims and reimbursement of expenses
• work closely with out-sourced accountant to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual book closing
• tracking of country budget and simple financial analysis of perfomance
• tracking of country's KPI's as required
• ensure all sales and finance documentation and filing done promptly
• work closely with sales and operations teams to support for day-to-day business
• liaise with Finance HQ based in Singapore
• any other reasonable ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced Certificate in Bookkeeping/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) working experience in accounting or equivalent
• Required Skills(s): Microsoft Office; Accounting Software (preferably QBO)
• Familiarity with online banking and other systems e.g. Expensify.
