Job Description

• Analyzing day-to-day operations and performance of our manufacturing operations
• Prepare daily data collection and reporting of central kitchen operations KPIs
• Develop strategies & tactics to achieve KPIs and problem-solve
• Develop and/or optimize SOPs and processes to ensure operations processes are efficient
• Work closely with Tech team to develop tools & apps to automate/optimize processes

Job Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of working experience. Management consulting and/or startup background will be advantageous. (Fresh graduates with data analytics background are also welcome)
• Builder & hustler: you challenge existing "best practices" and build the new industry standard. On past projects you have demonstrated the ability to get your hands dirty and to be highly resourceful. You are able to carry out your ideas to its fruition.
• Problem-solver (analytical & data driven both qualitatively and quantitatively): you understand how people work and are also great with numbers to make operations decisions (SQL will be a bonus)
• Tough: you need to have the resilience of a Navy Seal and the energy of a marathon runner 
• Crystal clear communicator: both spoken and written (languages required: English & Malay)
