About The Job

Job Responsibilities

To conceptualize and design all marketing materials such as brochures, bunting, advertisement, PowerPoint presentation, newsletter, web banners, social media (Facebook & Instagram), packaging design, signage, logo, festival e-greetings, premium gift design, and any online related matters.
To prepare rough drafts, present your ideas and think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts (Art Direction, Concept Development).
To work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software and participate and assists in web content development.
Making and editing video, Photo shooting, Photo editing, Web designing.
To assist in photoshoot and videography for company functions, liaise with suppliers and agencies for production and schedule project implementation, and ensure designs are created on time.
To assist in all company’s projects and other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
To decipher brand guidelines and corporate identity manuals to ensure concepts presented are in line with the company’s goals and direction.
To execute proper documentation of all artwork files and ensure that all artwork files are updated and filed properly.
To assist in office general operations/administrative duties; collating and maintenance of data, documents.
Storyboarding, PPT deck development, and provide forward-thinking creative leadership.
To handle and priorities multiple projects and to adjust to inevitable changes in timelines, deadlines, and project goals through knowledge of visual design principles: graphic design, layout, typography, color, corporate identity, and branding.

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

Must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
To possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.
Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply as well.
Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines.
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
Strong software skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc).
Acute sensibility with graphic design elements, ie color, layout, composition, typography.
Strong digital and social media skills – familiar with digital publishing and software.
Experienced with professional photography, namely product projects, and working with DSLRs.
Exceptional eye for design + detail – translating that efficiently and effectively to quality print and digital layouts.
