Job Description

Test new content and the user journey on-site in preparation for key launches
Ensure products are ready for launch
Work collaboratively with marketing, warehousing, and operations teams to ensure processes run smoothly
Work with the Operations Team to support the issue solving process in Customer Service
Contribute to the improvement of the user experience on poney.com.my by testing new features
Support the whole Experience team with projects where needed
Analyze content performance and share reporting with the team.

Job Requirements

Enrolled in relevant business studies
Detail-oriented
Structured and well-organized team player
Proactive and solution-orientated
Proficient with excel
Experience in eCommerce or digital is a plus
Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
