Job Description

• Creating images and video content for day to day postings on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, & etc), Creating visuals for ads on digital channels.
• Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, events, etc
• Researching and organizing facts and sources, creating content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers. 
• Collaborate in content conception, creation, promotion and measurement, proofread and edit interactive content copy (videos, quizzes, social media posts, infographics, etc)
• Plan, create and develop the concept of creative writing engaging articles for web, social media channels and marketing collaterals
• Good at researching and sourcing for facts, enjoy exploring, trying new things, learning and contributing
•  Lead and develop engaging, creative, innovative content and copywriting for regular posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
• Conduct research, analyse and report on social media key insights, popular content topics, community quotes and growth metric
•  Able to develop, plan and schedule social media postings and timeline for new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
•  Communicate clearly and effectively in team meetings and work closely with internal and external clients, project managers, etc. within and without the organisation
• Ensure all content produced is in line with SEO and broader digital marketing best practices, and will ensure a positive on-site experience for the users/customers

Job Requirements

• (MANDATORY) Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator and AfterEffects skills
• (BONUS) Basic knowledge of how to operate a DSLR. These are good to haves but not must haves.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, web publications
• Excellent command of both written, editing skills and spoken English is essential
• Meticulous and detail-oriented to ensure consistent and error-free content
• Fresh grads or 1-2 years experienced Graphic Designers are welcome to apply.
•  Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising/Media, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design as well as freelance content creators or interns are welcome to apply.
•  Attention to detail - exceptional spelling, grammar and command of the English language. Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu is advantageous.
•  A great team communicator who keeps people in the loop and brings a positive attitude and a sense of humour.
• Able to multitask, self-driven and self-manage multiple projects and other responsibilities at the same time 
• Able to perform, prioritize and effectively delegate tasks under pressure.
•  Integrity to meet deadlines consistently and exceptional project management skills.
